Swordfish Kabobs

Marinating this meaty fish makes it perfect for your grill or broiler.



  • 1½ lbs. swordfish
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 onion, minced
  • Sea salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Wooden skewers


  1. Cut swordfish into 2″ cubes. Thread swordfish onto skewers. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over swordfish cubes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to broil. Place swordfish on baking sheet. Brush with remaining marinade. Broil about 6” away from broiler for about 12 minutes, flipping several times to cook evenly. Serve with additional lemon wedges.
