Nectarine Whirl

This tasty smoothie will satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthier way. Each serving equals one “5 A Day” serving for the right amount of fruits and vegetables each day.



  • 1 nectarine, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup 1% milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ÂĽ tsp. almond extract
  • 2 ice cubes, crushed


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
