Grilled S’mores Dip

S’mores for a crowd… no fire pit required!

  • 1 package (11.5 oz.) milk chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers


  1. Heat gas grill to medium heat or heat charcoal until ashes are white.

  2. Place chocolate chips in a 9” cast iron skillet or disposable foil pie plate. Place on grill until chips start to melt, 1-3 minutes. Top with marshmallows; close grill and cook 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and melted; turn pan occasionally to avoid burning over hot spots. Serve with graham crackers.


    Tip: Dip can also be prepared in a 450°F oven.
